Refund policy

At Sunnyside Ink, all sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products — including DTF Transfers and Gang Sheet printing we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure your artwork is correctly formatted and meets all file requirements before placing your order.

We highly recommend double-checking file dimensions, resolution, colors, and spelling before uploading. Once an order is submitted, it enters our production process immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dtf@sunnysideink.com so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
