At Sunnyside Ink, we aim to get your custom DTF orders out quickly and reliably.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is printed and packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods:
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of the order. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.

Order Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dtf@sunnysideink.com so we can assist you.
